They can help you find the room, or how to handle the school website, or if you have questions about how you can get extra benefits during exams, and much more of course. These are the 4 spaces where you can go for information:

IStudy

IStudy can answer all the questions you have about the organisation of your education, such as questions about studielink, your progress, studying abroad, booking rooms and classrooms, your enrolment/disenrollment for exams/study, they help you with filling in forms, general information about study programmes and appointments with the study counsellor. You can find IStudy in the central hall.

Information desk

You can compare the information desk with the reception. Here you can ask questions about where a room is and where to go for appointments. They help you with questions about the school and not about the study itself. If you call school for illness reports or any questions about the school, the calls come in here. You can find the information desk in the central hall.

Library

The library is at the study landscape, the study landscape is a place for students to do their homework, learn for a test or make assignments with a group. The library Is in front of the study landscape. The library offers books and computers, you can borrow books for a specific time. You can do research in the library or meet up with colleagues. In addition to a large paper collection, the library has also a digital collection that is accessible 24/7. The staff of the library helps you from looking for information, writing reports to quotation of sources and requesting a book number.

Stura

The StuRa stands for "Studenten Raad", it is a Dutch term meaning: Student Council (StuCo). The democratic council consists of both international and national students of different years within the IHM studies and they represent all IHM students.

The StuRa/StuCo participates in the improvement of the IHM course, takes in complaints and problems students encounter during their study and try to come up with solutions, organizes events for students, provide students with feedback/ updates/ advices/ solutions every 9 weeks to the academic dean of IHM.
